1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LogBatch services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LogBatch provides log management and analysis services. The service allows users to collect, process, and analyze log data from various sources.

3. Registration and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must keep your password secure and confidential
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our consent

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of XL Software LLC and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

7. Subscription and Billing

LogBatch operates on a subscription-based model with monthly billing cycles.

Monthly Plans

Customers can subscribe to monthly plans that include allocated resources such as:

• Number of log processing runs
• Memory allocation (GB)
• Compute time (GB/s)

Overage Billing

If you exceed the resources allocated in your monthly plan, you will be charged for overages. Overage charges are calculated based on your plan tier and are billed as one-time charges in addition to your regular monthly subscription fee. Overage rates vary by plan and will be clearly displayed in your account dashboard.

Payment Terms

Monthly subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Overage charges are calculated and billed at the end of each billing cycle based on actual usage that exceeded your plan limits.

8. Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund if they request it within 14 calendar days of purchase.

To request a refund, customers should contact our support team via email at support@logbatch.com with their account details and reason for refund.

Once granted, we will process it within 5–7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
• You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period
• No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends
• Any unused portion of your subscription is non-refundable unless eligible under our refund policy
• Outstanding overage charges will still be billed according to your usage

We do not provide prorated refunds for early cancellations, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of your paid period.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties in relation to this service or the information and materials provided on this service.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall XL Software LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever. Upon termination, any outstanding subscription fees and overage charges remain due and payable.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XL Software LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
